Yes, you can belong to several SmartSuite workspaces with one Member Profile, and you can create more workspaces with the same email. Each workspace is a separate subscription with its own members and solutions; switch between them from the workspace name menu on the Home Page or from your profile menu.

How do I switch between workspaces?
On the Home Page, open the drop-down on the workspace name and select another workspace.
Or open your profile menu in the upper-right corner and select Switch Workspace.

Sign out of your current workspace.
Go to app.smartsuite.com/login and select Sign Up at the bottom of the sign-in box.
Register with the same email address, or sign in with the same Google or Microsoft account. SmartSuite recognizes your profile and starts a new trial workspace.
Fill in the workspace details to finish.
Important: You can have only one trial workspace at a time. To create another, convert the current trial to a paid plan first; see Upgrade or Downgrade Your Plan.
How are several workspaces billed?
Billing is per workspace. A member who belongs to two paid workspaces counts as an active member in each of them. Roles and permissions are also set per workspace, so one person can be an Administrator in one workspace and a regular member in another.

Yes. Sign up for a second workspace with the same email and build and test there. Copy a finished solution into the production workspace with Duplicating a Solution (the Duplicate in Workspace option) or Solution Packaging. The second workspace is its own subscription.
