Your SmartSuite Plan determines the set of features and workspace limits you have. We offer four different levels of Plans to meet the needs of various organizations:
Free Forever plan is built for small teams or single users and is a great starting point for building out your SmartSuite workspace.
Team plan is perfect for teams that need a better way to manage key processes and projects.
Professional plan focuses on the needs of medium to large businesses that have a desire to implement several workflows and further automate their business processes.
Enterprise plan provides all the features of Professional Edition with the addition of capabilities, such as Single Sign-On, for departments and organizations that need advanced features, scalability, security, and support. This offering provides an expanded number of automation actions, API requests, and significantly increased file storage to handle the needs of the largest enterprises.

Free Forever Plan
When your 14-day free trial expires, your account will automatically adjust to a Free Forever plan. Although this plan is free forever, there are several limitations to be aware of. This plan allows only for 3 users and a total of 5 solutions in your workspace. In addition, any solution is limited to 1,000 records and 100 MB in file storage.
User Limit: 3 users
In a free plan, 3 users have access to the account.
Solution Limit: 5 solutions
Within your workspace, you are limited to 5 solutions in your free plan.
Records limits: 1,000 records/solution
On a free plan, each of your 5 available solutions holds up to 1,000 records each.
For example, a solution with 500 records in two different Tables would meet the solution limit in a free plan.
File storage space: 100 MB
Your workspace on the free plan stores up to 100MB in file attachments using the attachments field type.
Activity History: 14 days
Every change or update made in SmartSuite is tracked and viewable, including record updates and edits, comments, and more. A free plan allows access to 14 days' worth of activity history.
Recycle Bin: 14 days
The recycle bin allows you to restore deleted data in SmartSuite. In a free plan, you can recover data up to 14 days after you deleted it.
Automations: 100 per month
A free plan allows you to configure up to 100 automations per month. Limits refer to the number of actions that can be performed each month in your account.
API Transactions: 1,000 per month
Connect SmartSuite with other platforms. In a free plan, you can have up to 1,000 API transactions per month.
Permissions: Account and Solution Level
The free plan offers permissions only for accessing your SmartSuite account and at a solution level - you are unable to set Table or Field level permissions.
Security: Google Authentication, Office 365 Authentication, Apple Authentication, and Session Management
Team Plan
The Team plan costs $10 per user/month or $12 billed monthly.
Unlimited User Limit
You can have an unlimited number of users on a team plan.
Unlimited Solution Limit
On the Team plan and above, there is no limit to the number of solutions in your account.
Records limits: 5,000 records/solution
Solutions on a Team plan can hold up to 5,000 records or rows each. For example, a solution with 2,500 records in two different Tables would meet the solution limit for this plan.
File storage space: 50 GB
Your workspace on the team plan stores up to 50 GB in file attachments using the attachments field type.
Activity History: 1 year
Every change or update made in SmartSuite is tracked and viewable, including record updates and edits, comments, and more. A free plan allows access to one year's worth of activity history.
Recycle Bin: 30 days
The recycle bin allows you to restore deleted data in SmartSuite. In a team plan, you can recover data up to 30 days after you deleted it.
Automations: 5,000 per month
In a team plan, you can configure up to 5,000 different automations per month. Limits refer to the number of actions that can be performed each month in your account.
API Transactions: 5,000 per month
Connect SmartSuite with other platforms. In a team plan, you can have up to 5,000 API Transactions per month.

The Team plan offers permissions to access your SmartSuite account and control permissions at a solution level - you are unable to set Table or Field level permissions.

The Professional plan costs $25/user per month or $28 billed monthly.

You can have an unlimited number of users on a professional plan.

In the Professional plan, there is no limit to the number of solutions in your account.
Records limits: 50,000 records/solution
Solutions in your workspace on a Professional plan can hold up to 50,000 records or rows each. For example, a solution with 25,000 records in two different Tables would meet the solution limit for this plan. A single Table is limited to 50,000 records.
File storage space: 100 GB
Your workspace on the Professional plan stores up to 100 GB in file attachments using the attachments field type.
Activity History: 2 years
Every change or update made in SmartSuite is tracked and viewable, including record updates and edits, comments, and more. A Professional plan allows access to two years' worth of activity history.
Recycle Bin: 45 days
The recycle bin allows you to restore deleted data in SmartSuite. In a Professional plan, you can recover data up to 45 days after you deleted it.
Automations: 50,000 per month
In a Professional plan, you can configure up to 50,000 different automations per month. Limits refer to the number of actions that can be performed each month in your account.
API Transactions: 100,000 per month
Connect SmartSuite with other platforms. In a Professional plan, you can have up to 100,000 API Transactions per month.
Permissions: Account, Solution, Table, and Field Level
The Professional plan offers the highest level of permissions: You can set permissions to access your SmartSuite account and manage the Solutions that each user has access to. Additionally, you can assign users Table permissions or even control which users can view specific field-level data.
Security: All previous features + Two Factor Authentication (Coming Soon)
Soon you will be able to add another layer of security with the Professional plan's Two Factor Authentication. Users logging in from an unfamiliar device will be required to enter a code sent to their mobile device.
Locked Views
Locked Views are a feature available on the Professional and Enterprise plan that allows the View Creator, Solution Manager, or Admin to prevent others from making changes to them and from altering the view's configuration and custom elements.
Enterprise Plan
The Enterprise plan costs $35/user per month or $41 billed monthly.
Unlimited User Limit
You can have an unlimited number of users on an enterprise plan.
Unlimited Solution Limit
In the Enterprise plan, there is no limit to the number of Solutions in your account.
Records limits: 200,000 records/solution
Solutions in your workspace on a Professional plan can hold up to 200,000 records or rows each. For example, four Tables within a Solution can hold up to 50,000 records each- a single Table is limited to 50,000 records.
File storage space: 500 GB
Your workspace on the Enterprise plan stores up to 500 GB in file attachments using the attachments field type.
Activity History: 3 years
Every change or update made in SmartSuite is tracked and viewable, including record updates and edits, comments, and more. An Enterprise plan allows access to three years' worth of activity history.
Recycle Bin: 60 days
The recycle bin allows you to restore deleted data in SmartSuite. In an Enterprise plan, you can recover data for 60 days after you deleted it.

In an Enterprise plan, you can configure up to 500,000 different automations per month. Limits refer to the number of actions that can be performed each month in your account.

Security: All previous features + Single Sign On
Add another layer of security with an Enterprise plan. Single Sign On ("SSO") is only available for Enterprise Plans. Log in with SSO to seamlessly authenticate with SmartSuite - no additional password required. SAML and OpenID Connect (OIDC) are supported.
Locked Views
Locked Views are a feature available on the Professional and Enterprise plan that allows the View Creator, Solution Manager, or Admin to prevent others from making changes to them and from altering the view's configuration and custom elements.

If you already have a paid workspace, it's easy to see your current plan and features.
All SmartSuite Users
For all SmartSuite users, the current plan is displayed on your home page next to your workspace:
Administrators
Admins can see their current plan on their home page Workspace, but also through their profile:
Click on your user profile icon in the upper-right-hand corner of the SmartSuite interface to open your user profile options.
Click Workspace Administration in the menu.
Select the Plans & Billing tab.
Your current plan is displayed in the Plan Profile section.
From here, admins can adjust their current plan level.
