Open your browser's console for support

Open the developer console in Chrome, Edge, Firefox or Safari, screenshot it and save its output to a file for your support request.

Written by Brian Dollen

When support asks for your browser console, open it with the shortcut for your browser (F12 in Chrome, Ctrl+Shift+I in Edge, Ctrl+Shift+J in Firefox, Option+Cmd+C in Safari), select the Console tab and screenshot it. Saving the console output to a file and attaching it to the support conversation gives the team the most to work with.
