Seeing overall status
To get started, click on the chat button in the lower-right corner of the SmartSuite interface, and scroll down to the bottom.
Here's a screenshot of what you'll see...
The last block shows a green arrow and Status: All Systems Operational, along with the date system status was last updated.
Getting more detailed information
Clicking on the Status block will expand SmartSuite Status to fill the entire dialog, displaying overall status as well as historical status for the last 30 days and a log of any incidents during that timeframe.
Hovering individual days will display the number of incidents and any downtime that was reported. See the screenshots below for examples...
Subscribing to SmartSuite status updates
You can configure SmartSuite to send you an update whenever an incident is detected, updated or resolved. You can receive these updates via email, Slack or RSS/ATOM or any combination of those channels.
Follow these simple steps to get notifications configured:
For Email:
Click the Subscribe button.
Enter the email address where you want alerts sent.
Click Subscribe Via Email to register.
For Slack:
Click the Subscribe button.
Click the Subscribe Via Slack button.
Follow Slack's instructions to connect your account.
For ATOM or RSS:
Click the Subscribe button.
Click on the Atom Feed to be taken to the feed URL
Click on the RSS Feed to be taken to the RSS Feed URL
