Any member can run these checks; none needs a special role.
A hard refresh. Cmd+Shift+R on a Mac, Ctrl+F5 or Ctrl+Shift+R on Windows. See Do a Hard Refresh.
The browser cache. Clear it if the refresh did not help. See Clear Your Browser Cache.
Another browser or a private window. If the view loads there, disable extensions and update your browser. See Additional Troubleshooting Steps.
Your setup and your colleagues. Check the technical requirements and ask whether others see the same error. See SmartSuite Technical Requirements.
The service status. A widespread outage is named on the Status Page. See What if I Still Have Issues?.
Console errors. Open the developer console and capture the errors for support. See Opening Your Browser's Developer Console.
Still stuck: select the chat button in the lower-right corner of SmartSuite. The last block of the panel shows the service status, and Send a message in the same panel reaches support. Include the view link, your browser and the console errors. How to open the console is in Open your browser's console for support.

Additional Troubleshooting Steps
Before contacting support, try these steps:
Test in a Different Browser: Check if the issue persists in another browser.
Use Incognito or Private Browsing: Open an incognito or private browsing window to test.
Verify Your Setup: Ensure your system meets SmartSuite’s technical requirements.
Ask Collaborators: Confirm if others are experiencing the same issue.

Update Your Browser: Ensure your browser is up to date to avoid compatibility issues.

Opening Your Browser’s Developer Console
Bug reports are more useful when accompanied by error messages from your browser’s console. Follow these steps to open the developer console:
Chrome:
Safari:
Enable the Develop menu in Preferences > Advanced.
Press Option + Cmd + C or go to Develop > Show JavaScript Console.
Edge:
Firefox:
Press Ctrl + Shift + J (or Cmd + Shift + J on Mac).
Access the Browser Console via the menu.
Note that Firefox opens the console in a new window.
Once open, take a screenshot of any errors displayed. Additionally, monitor the Network Tab in the developer tools while reproducing the issue. Look for slow or failed network calls to identify potential causes.
