FAQ's

What if my browser is not supported?

If your browser or browser version is not supported, it is possible that you will not be able to access SmartSuite, or that certain SmartSuite features will not work correctly. We do not open support tickets for issues experienced on unsupported browsers. We encourage you to update to the latest version of a supported browser to resolve any such issues.

My unsupported browser (Brave, Opera or others) seems to work, can I still use SmartSuite?

While you may be able to access your SmartSuite workspace with an unsupported browser, we can't guarantee that it will be compatible with all of our features. We recommend using a supported browser when you access SmartSuite.

Can I host SmartSuite on my own servers or in my private cloud?

SmartSuite is a cloud-hosted Software as a Service (SaaS) application and is not available for on-premise or self-hosted use.

Can I use SmartSuite offline?

SmartSuite does not currently support offline use. You can, however, export your data and use it offline. You can read more about data export in this article.

Another alternative would be to integrate with SmartSuite using our REST API. It is possible to periodically fetch your data, perform actions in SmartSuite, or receive webhook requests when records are updated. You can find documentation for our API at developers.smartsuite.com.
