How to Use Grid View Widgets on Mobile

Follow these steps to start using Grid View on your mobile device:

  1. Update Your App

    • Make sure you're using SmartSuite mobile version 9.12 or later

    • Available on the App Store or Google Play

  2. Open a Dashboard

    • Navigate to any dashboard that includes a Grid View widget

  3. Interact with the Grid

    • Swipe horizontally to scroll through columns

    • Swipe vertically to browse records

    • Tap a row to:

      • View the full record

      • Edit fields

      • Leave a comment

      • Run record-level actions

  4. Apply View Controls

    • Use filters, grouping, and conditional formatting the same way you would on desktop

    • All changes sync instantly across devices
