What else shows on mobile?

From mobile app version 3.12 (MOB 166), a Chart View widget also shows what is set on the web, as the Mobile Dashboards: Chart View Widget release article described; that article now points here.

  • Grouping and sorting: match the underlying Saved View configuration.

  • Filters: honored on mobile as configured.

  • Benchmark lines: configured target lines display on the chart.

  • Chart totals: up to three configured totals, consistent with desktop.

Charts load the latest data when the dashboard opens.

Frequently asked questions

The first question came from a conversation this month.

Does the mobile app support dashboards?

Yes. Dashboards open in the iOS and Android apps and most widgets display, including every chart type, Grid View, Kanban, Timeline, Calendar, Pivot Table, metrics and filter widgets. Map View, Gantt, My Work, the record widgets, Spacing and Scripting do not; the full list is in Mobile Dashboard Widgets guide.

Do grouping, benchmark lines and totals show on my phone?

Yes, from mobile app version 3.12 (MOB 166), on a Chart View widget. Earlier versions show the chart without them.

Can I change a chart from the mobile app?

No. Charts are configured on the web; the mobile app displays them and applies the filters attached to the widget.
