Make connects SmartSuite to thousands of other apps without code. In Make, you add a SmartSuite module to a scenario and connect it with your Workspace ID and API key.
Then you build the scenario from SmartSuite triggers and actions.
Example: a vendor risk team watches the Vendors table in Make. When a vendor's status changes to Review Due, the scenario creates a review task in the team's project tool and emails the vendor owner.

Connecting SmartSuite to Make
Have your Workspace ID and API key ready. Find your API key and Workspace ID shows where both are.
Sign in to Make, or create a Make account.
Select Create a new scenario in the upper-right corner.
Select the large + and search for SmartSuite.
Choose a trigger or an action.
On the Webhook page, select Add to create a hook, and name it.
Select Add a new connection.
Enter your Workspace ID and API Key, then save.
Build the rest of the scenario in the Scenario Editor. Ready-made scenarios are on the SmartSuite page on Make.
Tip: Connect Make with a member made for integrations, with access only to the tables the scenarios use.
How Make requests are counted
Every call a scenario makes to SmartSuite is one API request. A scenario that finds a record and then updates it makes 2 requests. The connection acts as the member whose key it uses, so the scenario sees only what that member sees.
