What is Integrately?
Integrately is an easy to use automation platform with a guided UI that helps you connect SmartSuite with thousands of apps with a click.
You can seamlessly integrate SmartSuite with various applications, such as:
CRMs (such as Salesforce, CompanyHub, etc.) to centralize data management and organization
Marketing solutions (like Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.) to optimize lead generation and nurturing efforts.

Trigger Events in SmartSuite
Integrately allows you to set up triggers in SmartSuite, which initiate actions when specific events occur. The trigger events available for SmartSuite are:
Record is created in SmartSuite.
Record is updated in SmartSuite.
Actions to Perform in SmartSuite
Once a trigger event occurs, you can define actions to be taken within SmartSuite. The available actions are:
Create a record in SmartSuite.
Update a record in SmartSuite.
Find a record in SmartSuite.
How to Start Using Integrately
To get started, create an Integrately Account here. From the Homepage, you will be prompted to search for an app to connect. Type in SmartSuite.
Next, search for and click on the other App(s) you wish to connect SmartSuite to. A list of all the possible automations will display.
If you cannot find the automation in the pre-created list, you can create your own.
Connecting Your SmartSuite Account
To connect your SmartSuite Account, you must enter your API token and Workspace ID.
You can find your API key in your user profile, and your workspace ID as the first 8 characters after https://app.smartsuite.com when you’re logged in.
