This agreement outlines the conditions governing the processing of a customer's personal data through our service, including the necessary technical and organizational measures implemented to safeguard this information.
What if I need a DPA?
If you are a business that requires a DPA in order for SmartSuite to act as a processor with respect to personal data that you store on the platform, please complete the SmartSuite Data Processing Addendum form.
After you submit the form, an executable version of the DPA will be routed to the email address entered into the form. You will be able to review the DPA before signing it.
