Fields, tables, views and solutions each have a duplicate option in their own menu. The copy keeps the structure and settings, and a solution or table copy can also include its records.
Here is the test: do you need another one exactly like it? Duplicate it, then change the copy. Building it again by hand takes longer and drifts from the original.
Example: a risk team builds a second risk register for IT risks. It duplicates the Risk Register table without its records, duplicates the All Risks view in the copy, and renames both.

In Grid View, hover over the field's column header and select its three-dot button.
