How do I check my API usage?
Click your profile icon in the top-right corner and select Workspace Administration.
Open the Usage section.
Select the API Requests (Integrations) tab. It shows the requests used in the current month, a color-coded progress bar and up to 12 months of history.
What counts as an API request?
Every request made to SmartSuite counts, including requests from integration tools such as Zapier, Make, Relay, Ply and Softr and from your own integrations. Example: a Make scenario that finds a record and then updates it makes 2 requests when a record is found and 1 when none is found. Limits reset monthly, even on annual plans.
How do I reduce API calls?
Find the integrations that make the most requests and review how often they run.
Combine several operations into one request where the API allows it, and avoid polling: use webhooks or triggers so you call the API only when something changes.
Lower the frequency of scheduled syncs that do not need to run every few minutes.

What happens when I reach the monthly limit?

Does the Usage page show which endpoint made each request?
It shows totals and history for the month, including integration activity; it is not a per-endpoint log.
Who can see the Usage page?
