Who can modify a form?
Administrators and Solution Managers. If you cannot edit a form from the dashboard, ask one of them to make the change.
How do I embed a form in a dashboard?
Open the form view and copy its share link or embed code (see Sharing Forms).
Open the dashboard and click Add Widget, then select Custom Code Widget.
Choose Embed URL and paste the share link, or choose Embed HTML and paste the embed code.
Click Add Widget. The form is now shown on the dashboard.
Frequently asked questions
Can dashboard viewers submit the embedded form?
Yes. The embedded form works like the shared form; submissions create records in the form's table.
Why does the widget show nothing?
Check that the form is shared and that you pasted a link into Embed URL or code into Embed HTML, not the other way round.
Can I resize the widget?
Yes. Drag the widget's edges on the dashboard.
