Sharing Your Form
When you’re done creating a form, it’s time to share it and put it into action. The process is simple and gives you two options for sharing:
1. Shareable Link
Copy a URL that opens the form directly in the recipient's default browser.
Easily distribute the link via email, chat, or other communication tools.
2. Embed Code
Copy an HTML snippet to embed the form into an existing website or external application that supports embeds.
Note: If you append a ?header=false
parameter to the end of the embed URL, you can control whether the shared grid displays a header. This value was not included in older generated URLs, but any older embed can be updated manually by adding ?header=false
to the embed widget URL.
Practical Use Cases and Scenarios
1. Collecting Event Registrations
Scenario: A company is organizing a conference and needs to gather attendee registrations.
