What shipped in June 2022?
Released in June 2022. One line per feature; the link opens the current help article, which carries the steps, limits and plan line.
Form View: Collect data from anyone, with or without a SmartSuite seat, through a link or embed code; choose the fields, their order and which are required. Read more: Form View.
Automations: A rules builder sets when an automation runs and what it does, such as notifying Members of due dates, assigning a Member by task type or adding a comment. Read more: Creating an Automation.
Table permissions: Inherit permissions from the Solution, or override them to narrow access for selected Members or Teams. Read more: Table Permissions.
Chart widget: A dashboard chart in line, bar, column, pie or donut format, configured in the widget and independent of any view. Read more: Chart widget.
Shared Grid View: Share View generates a read-only web page of the current Grid View, with its filters, sorting, grouping and displayed fields, for people without a seat. Read more: Shared Views.
Single Sign-On: Sign in to SmartSuite with your identity provider's credentials. Read more: Configuring Single Sign-On (SSO).
Idea Exchange: Request features, vote and follow status updates from the messenger icon in the lower-right corner. The Idea Exchange has since been replaced by the public roadmap on Canny, where you view the roadmap, vote and comment on requested features, add new ones and get notified of releases.
