How to Change Your Workspace Logo
Step-by-Step Guide
- Log In as an Administrator - Only users with Administrator permissions can change the workspace logo. 
 
- Hover Over the Current Logo - Navigate to your workspace home page. When you hover over the current logo, an Edit Logo button will appear. 
 
- Click "Edit Logo" - This will open a dialog box where you can upload your new logo. 
 
- Upload Your Logo - Select a logo file from your device or other sources (see Supported File Formats below). 
 
- Crop and Save - Adjust the logo dimensions using the cropping tool to fit the display area. 
- Click Save to apply the changes. 
 
- Upload and Display - Finalize by clicking Upload. Your updated logo will now appear in the workspace.

SmartSuite supports the following file formats for logos:
- .jpeg 
- .jpg 
- .png 
- .gif 
- .bmp 
You can upload images from various sources:
- Your device 
- A URL 
- Camera 
- Cloud storage (Dropbox, Google Drive) 
- Social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram)

Maximum Logo File Size
- Logo files must be 20MB or smaller. If the file exceeds this size, you will receive an error message prompting you to select a smaller image.
