Working With Your Workspace Logo
Change Logo in Workspace Administration
It's easy to change your workspace logo. Just follow these simple steps to change it from Workspace Administration...
Log in as a Member with the Administrator role.
Click on your user profile icon in the upper-right hand corner of the SmartSuite interface to open your user profile options.
Click Workspace Administration in the menu.
Select the Workspace Settings tab.
Click on the Workspace Logo link.
Click Attach Image and upload your logo graphic.
Click Update Workspace Logo.

Change Logo from the Home Page
A shortcut for adjusting workspace logo is available from the Home page. If you are logged in as an Administrator, you will notice that hovering the current logo displays a small camera icon. Simply click the logo to open a dialog that lets you upload a logo, like this:
Click Update Logo and your new logo will be proudly displayed.
Supported File Formats
SmartSuite accepts these formats for logo files:
You are able to upload an image from your device, or select from a variety of online file sources, including:
Maximum logo file size
Logo files cannot be larger than 12MB. If you try to upload a larger file you'll get an error message and be asked to select a smaller image.
Removing a logo
You can always remove a logo you have previously uploaded by clicking on the Remove button in the Workspace Logo edit dialog.
If you do not provide another logo, the default SmartSuite logo image will be displayed instead.
