Solution Access gives Workspace Admins an instant, per-member view of every Solution and Table a user can reach — showing the highest permission that member has (combining their personal and team-level access) and where it comes from. It's a fast way to audit access, verify onboarding/offboarding, and troubleshoot "why can't this user see X?" without checking each Solution one by one.

Opening Solution Access
On the Manage Members page, open a member's three-dots menu and choose Solution Access. A modal opens showing everything that member can access.
Solutions View
The modal opens on the Solutions Listing, showing every Solution the selected user can access. Solutions the user has no access to are hidden. For each Solution you'll see:
The highest combined permission the user has — resolved from both their personal grants and any team grants, always surfacing the highest.
A source indicator showing whether that permission comes from a personal grant or a team.
Drilling Into Tables
Click a Solution to open its Tables Listing, which shows the Tables within that Solution the user can access, using the same combined-permission logic. Breadcrumbs show the selected user and Solution so you always know your context, and you can step back to the Solutions view.
Filtering and Searching
Within the modal you can:
Switch users without leaving the modal — the user selector lists active users A–Z and is searchable, and defaults to the member you opened it from.
Filter by permission — defaults to All Permissions, sorted highest to lowest.
Search by Solution or Table name — filters the list as you type (with a clear control to reset).
Making Permission Changes
Solution Access is a viewer — to change access, click through to the existing Solution Permission or Table Permission modal directly from the listing. When you close that modal, the Solution Access listing refreshes immediately to reflect your change.
Exporting to CSV
You can export the current listing to CSV in either view (Solutions or Tables). The file downloads automatically.
Practical Scenarios and Use Cases
Access audit / compliance review — quickly capture exactly what a member can reach across the workspace, and export it for a security or compliance record.
Onboarding & offboarding — verify a new hire has the right access, or confirm a departing member's access has been fully removed.
Support troubleshooting — when someone can't see a Solution or Table, check their combined access and jump straight to the permission modal to fix it.
Least-privilege cleanup — review a member's access periodically and trim anything beyond what they need.
