Who Can Create and Manage Forms?

Currently, only users with the Solution Manager permission (as well as Administrators) can create or manage Forms. Even users with Full Access cannot create or manage Forms unless they have been assigned the Solution Manager role.

Assigning Solution Manager Permissions

To grant a user Solution Manager access:

  1. Open Solution Permissions.

  2. Scroll to the bottom of the window.

  3. Click the plus (+) button to add a new Solution Manager.

  4. Confirm the changes.

Note: Solution Managers have admin-like permissions within the Solution, meaning they can modify structure, settings, and data.

Why Are These Restrictions in Place?

Restricting Form creation ensures:

  • Data security by preventing unauthorized changes.

  • Control over information collection, especially for sensitive data.

  • Consistency in data management, reducing errors from unregulated form creation.

What If a User Needs to Create Forms Without Being a Solution Manager?

As of now, only Solution Managers can create Forms. Possible workarounds include:

  • Temporarily granting Solution Manager access for form creation.

  • Having an existing Solution Manager assist with the form setup.
