The Image Library opens whenever you pick an image for a widget, a form, a dashboard setting or the workspace logo. It keeps images per solution and per workspace (brand images), offers stock images and a curated set, and can generate images with AI.

How does the Image Generator work?
Open the Image Generator tab.
Type a prompt and set Quality (Regular or HD), Size (Square 1024 x 1024, Landscape 1792 x 1024, Portrait 1024 x 1792) and Style (Vivid or Natural).
Select Generate. Two images are generated.
Select an image to copy it to Solution Images.
Note: Generation runs on OpenAI DALL-E 3. Each account has 100 free generations; after that an Administrator enters an OpenAI API key.
What are the file limits?

An image in use cannot be deleted from Solution Images; the delete dialog lists where it is used. Deleting an unused image asks for confirmation.
