Overview

For enhanced security, SmartSuite tracks every member’s login and session activity. You can view your login history, including details like session times, IP addresses, and locations, by accessing your My Member Profile.

⚠️ Action Required: If you suspect your profile has been compromised:

  • Terminate all Active Sessions immediately.

  • Contact your Workspace Administrator for further assistance.


Login History Details

The Login History report provides a comprehensive overview of your login activities, including:

  • Session Duration: Time spent during each session.

  • IP Address: The IP address used during login.

  • Location: City and country associated with the session.

  • Browser: The browser used to access SmartSuite.

  • Operating System: The OS used during login.

  • Authentication Method: How the session was authenticated.

  • Login Date & Time: The exact date and time of login.


Searching and Sorting Login History

Search Features

You can search your Login History using:

  • Time periods, selected from a dropdown menu in the upper-right corner of the report.

Sorting Options

To sort items in your Login History:

  1. Hover over the column header you wish to sort by.

  2. Click the arrow icon to see sorting options.

1. Monitoring Account Activity

Scenario: A user wants to verify that no unauthorized logins have occurred.

Solution: Regularly review the Login History report to check session locations and authentication methods.

Outcome: Improved account security and quick identification of suspicious activity.

2. Tracking Login Times for Productivity

Scenario: A remote worker wants to track their login times to ensure alignment with work schedules.

Solution: Use the session duration and login date/time data in the Login History report.
