How to Share a Grid View Report
Share a Grid View report with external parties in just a few steps:
Access the Grid View: Open the Grid View report you want to share.
Configure Fields to Display: Use the toolbar to select which fields are visible to the recipient.
Click Share View: Locate and click the Share View option in the toolbar.
Configure Settings for the Shared view:
Share all fields. Shares all of the records’ fields, in addition to the ones displayed in the grid.
Allow viewers to open records. Allows viewers of the shared view to expand records to see all of their field content.
Display toolbar. Displays the report toolbar in the shared view.
Restrict access with a passcode. Requires the user to enter a configurable passcode to view the shared content.
Copy the Link: Click the Copy Icon (located to the left of the link).
Send the Link: Share the copied link with the external party. 🎉
Features of the Shared Grid View Link
Read-Only State:
Recipients can open records if “Allow viewers to open records” option is enabled in the Share View control
Toolbar Functionality:
Recipients can use the toolbar to filter and sort data.

Real-Time Updates:
Changes made to the Grid View are reflected in real-time on the shared link after the page has been refreshed.
Note: Viewable links may be restricted with the “Restrict access with a passcode” option in the Share View control
