SmartSuite automatically tracks and displays recently accessed items, including:

This feature allows you to quickly find the exact solutions or records you were working on with just one click!


How to Find Recently Accessed Items

  1. Click the Power Search Icon:

    • Locate the Power Search icon in the SmartSuite interface.

  2. View Recently Accessed Items:

    • The search results will display all the solutions, reports, records, and admin pages you’ve accessed recently.
