Important Notes Before Deleting a Solution
Deleting is permanent: Deleting a Solution removes all content, comments, and attachments.

How do I delete a Solution?
Users with the Administrator role can delete any Solution, and users who are Solution Managers can delete those Solutions they are manager for.
CAUTION - deleting a Solution deletes ALL of its content! Be sure that you've exported any data that you need from the solution before you continue.
If you decide that you're ready to delete the entire Solution, just take the following actions:
Ensure that you are logged into SmartSuite with a user profile that has the Administrator role or is a Solution Manager for the target Solution.
Open the Solution properties from the home page (Solution icon's 3-dot menu) or from within the Solution (Solution down-arrow selector).
Click Delete Solution.
In the "Delete My (Solution Name) Solution" dialog, click Yes, Delete Solution.

1. Archiving Old Projects
Scenario: A team completes a project and no longer needs active access to its Solution.
Solution: Export the data, then delete the Solution to declutter the workspace.
2. Transitioning Team Ownership
Scenario: A department restructures, and certain Solutions are no longer needed.
