Logging In

How to Sign In

  1. Choose one of the following login methods:

    • Email and Password: Use your registered email address and password.

    • Google Login: Sign in with your public Google Workspace (non-commercial Gmail) credentials.

    • Microsoft Login: Use your public Microsoft credentials (Microsoft Live or Hotmail) to log in.

    • Apple Login: Use your Apple ID to log in.

    • Login with SSO: Enterprise and Signature Workspace users may have the option to log in with their organizations Single-Sign on instead of SmartSuite or social login.

Accessing Multiple Workspaces

If you belong to multiple workspaces tied to the same email address:

  1. After logging in, you’ll be redirected to your primary workspace.

  2. If you would like to navigate to another workspace, you can:

    1. Click on the name of the workspace in the heading.

    2. Select “Change Workspace” from the user profile menu.


Logging Out

How to Log Out

  1. Click on the Member Profile dropdown in the upper-right corner of any SmartSuite screen.

  2. Select Log Out to end your session.

Advanced Session Management

  • Active Sessions: View and manage your active sessions across all devices.

  • Login History: Review your login activity for added security.

  • Switching Workspaces: Quickly change between workspaces from the Member Profile menu.

1. Seamless Workspace Access

Scenario: You’re a member of multiple workspaces and need to switch between them.

Solution: Select the desired workspace from the login screen or switch directly via the Member Profile menu.

Scenario: You want to verify your account’s login history for unusual activity.

Solution: Use the Login History option in the Member Profile menu for peace of mind.

3. Managing Sessions

Scenario: You left a session open on another device and want to end it.

Solution: Navigate to Active Sessions in the Member Profile menu and log out remotely.
