Overview

Duplicating a Saved View allows you to quickly create a new view based on an existing one, making small adjustments without having to rebuild filtering conditions, groups, hidden fields, and other settings.


How to Duplicate a Saved View

Using the Navigation Sidebar

  1. Open the Navigation Sidebar:

    • Locate the view you want to duplicate.

  2. Click "Duplicate View":

    • Hover over the view you want to duplicate and click on the “…” icon

    • Click on “Duplicate View” from the menu

  3. Rename the View & Set Visibility:

    • A pop-up window will prompt you to rename the new saved view.

    • Choose whether to make it Public or Private.


Using the View Action Menu

  1. Open the Saved View:

    • Ensure you are in the view you want to duplicate.

  2. Click the dropdown Icon:

    • Click on the dropdown icon next to the view name

    • Select “Duplicate View” from the menu

  3. Rename the view and choose visibility settings.
