So you forgot your SmartSuite password? No worries, we're here to help! It's easy to reset, just follow these simple steps:
Go to https://smartsuite.com/login to bring up the login page.
Click on Forgot your password?
Complete the EMAIL field on the Forgot your password form
Click Send Password Reset Link button.
Open the email that you receive.
Click the Reset My Password button

That link brings up the Password Reset Request page...
You'll receive an email from SmartSuite that looks like this...
The Reset My Password button brings up the actual Reset Your Password page - just enter a new password twice and click the Reset My Password button. That's it!
Be aware that you will receive error messages if:
Your new passwords don't match - you'll be asked to retype them
Your new password doesn't meet the minimum requirements for password strength
Your password matches a password you have used previously
What are SmartSuite's password strength requirements?
Your password needs to meet all of these requirements:
Minimum of 8 characters
At least 1 upper-case character
At least 1 lower-case character
At least 1 number or special character
