How to Reset Your Password

Follow these steps to reset your SmartSuite password:

  1. Go to the Login Page:

  2. Click on Forgot Your Password?:

    • Locate and click the "Forgot your password?" link on the login page.

  3. Complete the Form:

    • Enter your email address in the EMAIL field of the "Forgot Your Password" form.

  4. Submit the Request:

    • Click the Send Password Reset Link button.

  5. Open the Password Reset Email:

    • Check your inbox for an email from SmartSuite.

    • Click the Reset My Password button in the email.

  6. Set a New Password:

    • Enter your new password twice on the "Reset Your Password" page.

    • Click the Reset My Password button to finalize the process.


Walkthrough of the Reset Process

  1. Starting the Reset:

    • The "Forgot your password?" link is located on the login page. Click it to access the Password Reset Request page.

  2. Password Reset Request Page:

    • Fill out the required email field and submit the form.

  3. Reset Email:

    • You will receive an email from SmartSuite. It includes a Reset My Password button to proceed to the next step.

  4. Reset Your Password Page:

    • Enter a new password twice. Ensure your new password meets the requirements below.


Common Errors and Tips

  • Passwords Don't Match:

    • If your passwords don’t match, you will be prompted to retype them.

  • Password Strength Issues:

    • Your new password must meet SmartSuite’s password requirements (see below).

  • Reused Passwords:

    • Using a previously used password will result in an error message.



SmartSuite's Password Strength Requirements

Your password must include:

  • A minimum of 8 characters.

  • At least 1 upper-case character.

  • At least 1 lower-case character.

  • At least 1 number or special character.
