Display or hide fields to customize your saved views

The Fields to Display control in the Report Toolbar is the starting point for working with views and saved views and is available in Grid, Card, and Kanban view types. Calendar, Timeline, Map, and Chart views automatically display set fields.

How to Display/Hide Fields

  1. Access Display Settings

    • Select Fields to Display.

  2. Select fields to add to the view and X which fields you want to remove

Grid View

How to Configure fields to Display

  1. Open Grid View

  2. Access Display Settings

    • Select Fields to Display.

  3. Choose & Reorder Fields

    • Check the fields to include or exclude.

    • Drag & drop to reorder columns.

  4. Save Changes

    • Click Save to apply settings.


Card & Kanban Views

How to Configure Fields to Display:

  1. Open Card or Kanban View

  2. Access Display Settings

    • Select Fields to Display.

  3. Choose Fields & Cover Image

    • Check fields to display.

    • Select an image field for the cover.

  4. Reorder Fields

    • Drag & drop to rearrange field order.

    • Click Save to apply settings.

1. Project Management in a Marketing Campaign

Scenario: The marketing team needs to track campaign performance across several fields, such as budget, target audience, and status.

Solution: Use Grid View to display and reorder these fields for efficient analysis and updates.
