Automation Actions are one of a few SmartSuite resources that are metered against your workspace, including a Plan-specific quantity that you can use for no additional charge. The number of included automation actions per Plan are:

  • Free Forever Plan: 100 automation actions per month

  • Team Plan: 5,000 automation actions per month

  • Professional Plan: 50,000 automation actions per month

  • Enterprise Plan: 500,000 automation actions per month

If you exceed these limits for your workspace, don't worry - you can continue to use additional automations, though a small fee will be applied to reflect usage over your Plan's included quantity. Your usage will be reset at the start of each month. Note that even if you are on an annually-billed plan, Automation Action overages will be billed monthly.

These thresholds are in place to ensure that SmartSuite can continue to scale to meet all of our customers' needs, offsetting the cost of providing those services with reasonable incremental fees.

Plan Limit Warnings

If you exceed your Plan Automation actions limit, the details of your usage and additional fees will be included in your Plan Profile. To find the details follow these simple steps:

  1. Log in as a Member (with the Administrator role).

  2. Click on your user profile icon in the upper-right hand corner of the SmartSuite interface to open your user profile options.

  3. Click Workspace Administration in the menu.

  4. Select the Plans & Billing tab.

  5. The red shaded box in the Plan Profile section displays information about any overage and related fees.
