How Long is the Trial?

When you create a workspace, you are automatically upgraded to the Pro Plan for a trial that lasts for 14 days. You can check your remaining trial days in Workspace Administration under the Plans & Billing tab.

Key Trial Details

  • Plan Basis: The trial is based on the Professional Plan, offering access to advanced features.

  • User Limit: Supports up to 100 users during the trial.

  • Features Included: Nearly every feature of SmartSuite is available, except for Single Sign-On (SSO), which is limited to Enterprise workspaces.

What Happens When the Trial Expires?

Once your trial expires, you have two options:

  1. Upgrade to a Paid Plan:

    • Choose from Team, Professional, or Enterprise plans.

  2. Adjust to a Free Plan:

    • If you're not ready to upgrade, your account will automatically transition to the Free Plan.

      • Only 3 users will be allowed to access the workspace

      • Free Plan Limits will apply.

No, the trial is pre-set to the Professional Plan. This allows you to explore all the powerful features SmartSuite offers.
