When you sign up for a SmartSuite workspace for the first time, you will automatically start our free Trial plan. This plan offers you all of the powerful features of the SmartSuite platform, supporting up to 100 users and offering all of the storage and automation capabilities of our Professional Plan.
Note📝 : Your trial workspace is linked to the email address of the user that originally signed up, and can only be associated with one SmartSuite Trial workspace.
How long is my trial for?
The trial is for a period of 14 days. You can keep track of the remaining days in Workspace Administration under the Plans & Billing tab, shown below:

Which plan is the trial based on?
The trial is based on our Professional plan, allowing you to test out all the powerful and advanced features of our platform. Head over here to see the differences between all SmartSuite Plans.
Which features are included in the trial?
Nearly every feature (with the exception of Single Sign-On configuration that is limited to Enterprise workspaces) is available in the trial.
What happens once my trial expires?
Once your trial expires, you have two options:
You can upgrade to a paid workspace: Team, Professional or Enterprise.
If you're not quite ready to upgrade, your account will automatically adjust to a Free Plan.
Can I choose which plan my trial is on?
Currently, no. Your trial is based on our Professional plan, which gives you access to all of SmartSuite's powerful features. We hope that you discover and use all the features of our platform and see how it can make the work you do better, faster - and smarter.
