SmartSuite keeps a detailed record of all transactions processed, making it easy to access and review your billing history. Whether you need to view, download, or print invoices, this guide will help you find the information you need.

Where Can I Find My Invoices?

Follow these steps to view your complete billing history and access your invoices:

  1. Log In: Ensure you are logged in with a user account that has the Administrator role.

  2. Open Profile Options: Click on your user profile icon in the upper-right corner of the SmartSuite interface.

  3. Go to Workspace Administration: Select Workspace Administration from the dropdown menu.

  4. Navigate to Billing:

    • Open the Plans & Billing tab.

    • Click Billing History in the left navigation menu.

  5. View Billing History:

    • Your complete billing history will appear in the Billing History section.

    • The list displays a summary of recent billing activities (last five invoices shown by default). Scroll down to view older invoices.


Billing Summary Includes:

  • Invoice Number: A unique identifier for each transaction.

  • Date: The invoice issuance date.

  • Description: A brief summary of the invoiced items.

  • Number of Users: Displays the count of users billed (if applicable).

  • Status: Indicates the current state of the billing activity (e.g., Paid, Pending).


How to View Invoice Details

To view specific invoice details:

  1. Click the Invoice Number in the Billing History list.

  2. Download a PDF copy of the invoice or transaction (e.g., credit notes).


How to Print an Invoice

To print your invoice:

  1. Download the PDF:

    • Follow the steps above to download the invoice.

  2. Open the PDF:

    • Use a PDF viewer like Adobe Acrobat (download here).

  3. Print:

    • Select the Print option from the file menu in Adobe Acrobat or your preferred PDF viewer.
