Where can I find my invoices?
To view your complete billing history and get access to your invoices, just follow these simple steps:
Log in as a Member (with the Administrator role).
Click on your user profile icon in the upper-right hand corner of the SmartSuite interface to open your user profile options.
Click Workspace Administration in the menu.
Select the Plans & Billing tab.
Click Billing History in the left navigation menu.
You will see your complete billing history displayed in the Billing History section. Note that you may need to scroll down to see older invoices - you'll see the last five displayed by default.
This list displays a summary of individual billing activities, including:
Date of the invoice
A brief description of what was invoiced
Number of users billed for (if applicable, certain credits and other billing activities will not have a reflected number of users)
Status of the billing activity
How can I view the details of an invoice?
Clicking on the invoice number will allow you to download a PDF copy of the invoice or other transaction (such as credit notes).
How can I print my invoice?
First, download a PDF copy of the invoice as describe above. Then open the PDF file with Adobe Acrobat (download here) and select the Print option from the file menu.
