To ensure reliable email delivery and consistent performance across all workspaces, SmartSuite enforces daily email sending limits on certain plans.

Which Plans Are Affected

  • Free, Trial, Team, and Pro workspaces have a daily email sending limit.

  • Enterprise and Signature plans are not subject to email sending limits.

How Email Limits Work

  • The limit applies at the workspace level, covering all emails sent from the workspace within a 24-hour period.

  • This includes emails sent by automations, system notifications, and other email-based actions.

  • Once the daily limit is reached, any automation or action that attempts to send an email will fail and display a clear message indicating that the workspace has reached its email sending limit.

  • Email sending automatically resumes when the 24-hour window resets.

If your workspace regularly sends a high volume of emails and needs a higher limit, you can contact SmartSuite Support to discuss available options.
