The Data Schema widget draws a map of a solution's tables and the fields that connect them: Linked Record, Lookup, Rollup, Count and formulas that reference other fields. Add it from the Widget Library under Utilities, pick the solution, and drag tables to arrange the diagram.

What does the widget show?
Any table whose fields hold at least one relationship: a Linked Record, a formula that references another field, a Rollup, a Lookup or a Count. The widget detects these relationships across every solution, table and field you can access and draws them.
How do I add the widget?
Create a Dashboard view or open an existing one and set it to Edit.
Click Add Widget in the upper-right corner.
Under Utilities, click Data Schema.
How do I choose the solution?
By default every solution in the workspace is drawn. In the widget settings, pick one solution in the Solution list to show only its relationships.
Which display options are there?
Links to other solutions: show or hide tables from other solutions that link into this one, for example a patient's appointment in one solution and the patient's account in another.
Fields shown: every field of each table, or only the fields that take part in a relationship.
Can I rearrange the diagram?
Yes. Drag solutions and tables to the arrangement you want.
Does the widget show in the mobile app?

Open a Data Schema widget for the diagram and export the dashboard as a PDF (Dashboards: Export to PDF). For a listing of each table and its fields with their IDs, open the solution's menu and choose API Documentation.
