You can expand the SmartDoc fields for a better viewing and editing experience.

From a Grid View:

  1. Locate the SmartDoc field in the table.

  2. Double-click the field within the record you want to open.

  3. The field will open in an expanded view, allowing you to access its rich text and interactive features more effectively.

From a Record View:

  1. Locate the SmartDoc field in the record.

  2. Click the Expand button in the top-right corner of the SmartDoc field.

  3. The field will open in an expanded view, providing full access to its rich text and interactive tools.
