View “Full Screen” Mode

To make your SmartSuite view display using the full screen:

  1. Click on the "3 dot" menu at the right side of the saved view toolbar.

  2. Click the Full Screen option at the top.

  3. Your browser window will expand to fill your desktop.

To exit Full Screen mode:

  1. Click the Exit Full Screen icon in the top right corner.


Record “Full Screen” Mode

To display a specific SmartSuite record using the full screen:

  1. Click on the "3 dot" menu at the right side of the record header.

  2. Click the Full Screen option at the top.

  3. Your record will expand to fill your current browser tab.

To exit Full Screen mode:

  1. Click the Exit Full Screen icon in the top right corner.


Add New Record to a Kanban Lane

In Kanban Saved Views, you can quickly add a new record directly to a specific lane. Here’s how:

  1. Click on the "3 dot" menu in the lane where you want to add a new record.

  2. Select Add New Record.

Your new record will be added directly to the selected lane.

Scenario: A team lead wants to focus on specific reports during a presentation.
