SmartSuite allows you to print and export views, including the data from all of the fields included in the view, for better collaboration and data management. The data exported will contain the data that is currently displayed, enforcing any constraints imposed by the selected filters. Use these features to share information in different formats and optimize your workflows.

How to Print or Export Views

Follow these steps to print or export views:

  1. Access the Saved View:

    • Navigate to the view you want to print or export.

  2. Open the Options Menu:

    • Click the three-dot dropdown menu next to "+ New Record."

    Choose Print or Export Options:

    • Select your desired format:

      • Adobe PDF

      • Excel

      • Google Sheets

      • CSV

  3. Customize Settings (Optional):

    • For printing, adjust:

      • Paper size

      • Layout (portrait or landscape)

      • Font size

      • Additional formatting preferences

  4. Complete the Process:

    • Follow on-screen prompts to finalize the printing or exporting process.
