Options to Manage Your Workspace

Reducing Active Users

You can reduce the number of active users in your workspace. Follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to Plans & Billing configuration.

  2. Select the Add Users link in the Plan Profile section. Note: This interface also allows you to reduce active users.

Downgrading or Cancelling a Workspace

You can downgrade or cancel your workspace at any time. Here's what you need to know:
