When you upgrade a SmartSuite Trial workspace to a paid workspace, we will detect your location and use this to determine your local currency. The detected currency will be used to show you plan prices and will be the currency that you are billed in when you subscribe.



Supported currencies

We offer pricing and billing for the following currencies:

  • United States Dollar

  • Australian Dollar

  • Brazilian Real

  • British Pound Sterling

  • Canadian Dollar

  • Chinese Yuan Renminbi

  • Euro

  • Indian Rupee

  • Japanese Yen

  • Mexican Peso

  • New Zealand Dollar

  • Russian Ruble

  • Swiss Franc

  • Ukrainian Hryvnia



Change your currency

If you're being billed in the wrong currency (based on those we offer), we'd be happy to see how we can help. Please have an workspace Administrator email support@smartsuite.com with details.

Any changes made to your workspace's billing currency will be reflected in your next billing cycle.
