When you initially create a paid SmartSuite workspace, you provide your billing information and a billing address. If something changes and you need to update one or both of these - no worries! We try to make it as easy as possible to view your current settings, and allow you to make changes with just a few clicks.

SmartSuite Workspace Billing
View Billing Details
Viewing current billing information - including payment method and billing address - is easy, just follow these simple steps:
Log in as a Member (with the Administrator role).
Click on your user profile icon in the upper-right hand corner of the SmartSuite interface to open your user profile options.
Click Workspace Administration in the menu.
Select the Plans & Billing tab.
Click Payment Information in the left navigation menu.
You will see a summary of your current Payment Method and Billing Address information displayed.
Change Payment Method or Billing Address
From the Payment Information section where you view current settings, just simply click the Edit button to get started.
SmartSuite uses Chargebee to securely manage your payment and billing address information. A popup dialog with give you the option to change either Payment Method or Billing Address (or both). The interfaces below are examples of what you'll see:
