Who can upgrade a workspace?
Any SmartSuite member with the Administrator role can upgrade a free trial or plan to a paid plan.
You can pay by credit card, PayPal, and more.
Administrators can always see the status of their plan under "Plans & Billing" in Workspace Administration.
SmartSuite subscription plans
There are four types of paid SmartSuite plans available: Free Forever, Team, Pro, and Enterprise. You can learn about each plan's details in this article.
Upgrading to a paid plan
Upgrading from a trial or free workspace is easy! Just follow these simple steps:
Log in as a Member (with the Administrator role).
Click on your user profile icon in the upper-right hand corner of the SmartSuite interface to open your user profile options.
Click Workspace Administration in the menu.
Select the Plans & Billing tab.
Trial workspaces show only the Plan Profile section of this page, displaying information about the status of your trial.
Click the Choose a Plan button to get started!
