Who Can Upgrade a Workspace?
Any SmartSuite Member with the Administrator role can upgrade a workspace.

Administrators can always view the workspace plan status under Plans & Billing in the Workspace Administration section.

How to Upgrade to a Paid Plan
Upgrading from a trial or free plan is simple. Follow these steps:
Log In as an Administrator:
Ensure you have the Administrator role for the workspace.
Access Workspace Administration:
Click your user profile icon in the upper-right corner.
Select Workspace Administration from the dropdown menu.
Navigate to Plans & Billing:
Open the Plans & Billing tab.
Choose a Plan:
For trial workspaces, click the Choose a Plan button. This will display available paid plans.
Select Your Desired Plan:
Review and select a plan.
Choose Pay Monthly or Pay Annually (with discounts for annual payments).
Complete the Upgrade:
Click Continue to Checkout to confirm your selection and process payment.
