Application Process
To ensure that the benefits of this program reach deserving organizations and institutions, we have established a simple application process. By completing the application process, interested parties can verify their eligibility and provide the necessary information to be considered for acceptance into the program.
Once an organization or institution is accepted, we will promptly reach out to them with detailed instructions on how to apply the discount to their SmartSuite subscription.
Nonprofit Requirements:
Your organization is a legally recognized non-profit organization
Your application will not be accepted without an email address domain that matches the organization's website.
For most US organizations, we require a determination letter from the IRS showing your 501(c)(3) tax-exempt status. For organizations outside of the U.S., attach the appropriate certification letter from your governing body.
Confirmation that your organization is:
A government-registered non-profit organization
Not a legislative or political activity organization
Not a governmental office or department
Not a church, association of churches, or other religious or evangelical organization
Not a 501(c)(6) or an organization that attempts to influence public opinion
Not a hospital or other care provider, or organization involved with health insurance or group health plans
Not a private grant-making, independent, or operating foundation
Does not promote a particular religious affiliation, dogma, or doctrine as part of its mission or in exchange for its services (being affiliated with a religious organization is not in itself disqualifying)
Educational Institution Requirements
Details about your organization including name, role, website, and purpose.
Attached form of documentation
Certification that you are staff or faculty of an accredited educational institution.
Confirmation that your organization is:
An accredited educational institution
Not a legislative or political activity organization
Not a church, association of churches, or other religious or evangelical organization
Not an organization that attempts to influence public opinion
Not a hospital or other care provider, an organization involved with health insurance or group health plans, and related organizations
Not a private grant-making, independent, or operating foundation
Does not promote a particular religious affiliation, dogma, or doctrine as part of its mission or in exchange for its services (being affiliated with a religious organization is not in itself disqualifying)
