Overview

Members can set their locale in their My Member Profile by editing their General Preferences. Adjusting your locale ensures that the following elements are localized:

  • Language Settings (based on the selected locale)

  • Date Formats:

    • For example:

      • United States: "MM/DD/YYYY"

      • Australia: "DD/MM/YYYY"

  • Time Formats (adjusted for your selected time zone)

Note: Updating your locale does not change the language of record content. Record content remains in the language it was entered.

How to Set Your Locale

  1. Open Your Member Profile:

    • Click on your user profile icon in the upper-right corner of the SmartSuite interface.

  2. Access General Preferences:

    • From the dropdown menu, select General Preferences.

  3. Edit Locale Settings:

    • Click Edit in the General Preferences section.

    • Choose your preferred locale from the list.

  4. Save Changes:

    • Click Update General Preferences to apply your selection.
