Introduction
SmartSuite uses your organization’s working days and times to optimize scheduling, task assignments, and resource management. By configuring these settings, you can:
Clearly define team availability.
Efficiently allocate resources.
Enhance scheduling and task management workflows.
Default Settings
Working Days: Monday through Friday.
Hours of Operation: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Time Zone: Users with different timezone settings in the User Profile will see the same time in Working Days section.
Updating Working Days
Follow these steps to configure your working days:
Log In:
Ensure you have the Administrator role.
Access Workspace Administration:
Click your user profile icon in the upper-right corner of the SmartSuite interface.
Select Workspace Administration from the menu.
Navigate to Working Days:
Open the Workspace Settings tab.
Click Working Days in the left navigation panel.
Edit Working Days:
Click the Edit button in the Working Days section.
Check the boxes for all days of the week that are working days.
Uncheck boxes for non-working days.
Set Working Hours:
Save Changes:
Click Update Working Days to apply your changes.
Viewing Total Working Hours
The total number of scheduled working hours per day is displayed directly in the Manage Working Days interface. Look for the highlighted values indicating daily working hours.
